Gestion des plug-ins

Ce volet permet d'afficher des informations sur les plug-ins installés dans votre environnement. Il vous permet également de modifier les paramètres de ces plug-ins.

Important
Vous ne pouvez gérer les plug-ins sur le nœud que si l'objet d'application GAX appartient au type suivant :
  • Generic Genesys Server (avec Management Framework 8.1.0 ou versions antérieures).
  • Generic Administrator Server (avec Management Framework 8.1.1 ou versions ultérieures).

Installation des plug-ins

Installez les plug-ins en suivant la même procédure que pour installer les packages d'installation. Pour plus d'informations, consultez Téléchargement de packages d'installation.

Affichage des plug-ins installés

Pour afficher les plug-ins installés dans votre environnement, sélectionnez Gestion des plug-ins dans le menu Administration de l’en-tête de GAX. Le volet Applications administrateur répertorie les applications installées dans votre environnement, ainsi que l'hôte sur lequel elles sont stockées. Utilisez le champ Filtre rapide pour filtrer la liste.

Dans le volet Applications administrateur, cliquez sur le nom d’une application pour afficher les plug-ins liés à cette application. Le volet Infos plug-in affiche, pour chaque plug-in, les informations suivantes :

  • Nom—Nom du plug-in.
  • Version—Numéro de version du plug-in.
  • Langue—Langue utilisée par l'interface utilisateur du plug-in.
  • Fournisseur—Nom de la société ou de l'utilisateur qui a fourni le plug-in.
  • Etat—Indique si le plug-in est Activé ou Désactivé.

Pour afficher des informations supplémentaires sur un plug-in, cliquez sur le nom d’un plug-in. Dans le volet <plug-in name>, vous pouvez également activer ou désactiver le plug-in, ou modifier ses paramètres.

Étapes

  1. Sélectionnez une application dans le volet Applications administrateur.
  2. Dans le volet Infos plug-in, sélectionnez un plug-in dans la liste Infos plug-in.
  3. Dans le volet <plug-in name>, cliquez sur Activer ou Désactiver (selon le cas) pour activer ou désactiver le plug-in.

Modification des options d'un plug-in

Important
Vous pouvez modifier uniquement les options existantes pour chaque plug-in dans les volets Gestion des plug-ins. Vous ne pouvez pas créer de nouvelles options pour les plug-ins.

  1. Sélectionnez une application dans la liste Applications administrateur.
  2. Dans le volet Infos plug-in, sélectionnez un plug-in dans la liste Infos plug-in.
  3. Dans le volet <plug-in name>, cliquez sur l’icône d’engrenage et sélectionnez Options de plug-in pour afficher les options de configuration relatives à ce plug-in.
  4. Dans le volet Options de plug-in, cliquez sur le nom d’une clé pour afficher des détails relatifs à l’option et modifiez sa valeur, le cas échéant.
  5. Lorsque vous avez terminé, cliquez sur Enregistrer pour enregistrer les modifications, ou cliquez sur Annuler pour les ignorer.
