Les Notes sont une fonctionnalité vous permettant d'entrer des commentaires au sujet de l'interaction en cours ou d'une interaction spécifique de la base de données Historique. Les commentaires sont stockés comme faisant partie de l'historique du contact. Le contenu de la Note est accessible à tout agent consultant l'historique du contact.

Note
