Many of your dashboard settings are saved and stored immediately, as you make changes. For example, let's say that you increased the width of the '''Alerts''' pane, and then accidentally closed the browser (without logging out). When you open the browser and the Contact Center Advisor or Workforce Advisor dashboard again, the '''Alerts''' pane will have retained the width that you set before accidentally closing the browser. The following dashboard settings are stored:

Using the Dashboard

This page describes how to view dashboard information, and how to select what information to display.

Important
You can open Advisors dashboards in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. Genesys recommends that you use one type of web browser when working with Advisors modules.

Role-based access and permissions control what you can see and do in each Contact Center Advisor (CCAdv) and Workforce Advisor (WA) view.  For more information about this topic, see  Role-Based Access and Permissions.
